    The content in this event is designed for retailers and how they can set themselves up for success ahead of the holiday buying season. As such, we are making this event available to retailers only.

  • Is Reshaping Retail free to attend?

    Yes, Reshaping Retail is completely free for all attendees, both in-person and virtual.

  • If I join remotely, what will the experience be like?

    Virtual attendees will tune in via Zoom webinar. The livestream will be open just before 9:00AM PT and will close at 12:30PM PT after the Thriving together: Lessons from the Faire retailer community session.

  • Where can I find the Zoom link for the livestream?

    Closer to the event, we’ll share the Zoom link in the calendar invite and by email for registered attendees.

  • If I join in-person, what will the experience be like?

    In-person attendees will experience the sessions live in San Francisco and benefit from these additional event elements:

  • I’m not based in the Bay Area. Can I travel to San Francisco to attend in-person?

    Yes, you’re welcome to travel to San Francisco to attend in person! Please note that registration is first-come, first-served and seats are limited. If you register for an in-person spot, we kindly ask that you only do so if you’re confident you’ll be able to attend, as space is limited and we want to ensure every seat is filled.

  • Is there parking available?

    In-person attendees will receive an Uber credit to help with transportation to and from the venue. While on-site parking is not available, there is limited street parking in the area. Additionally, several nearby parking lots and garages are within walking distance:


    • 100 Henry Adams St. Lot (~0.3 miles away)
    • 48 Vermont St. Lot (~0.3 miles away)
    • 1401 Folsom St. Lot (~0.4 miles away)
